SMS sending and sending options

Choose as sender any of the below options:
- An allocated number
- A random number
- An alphanumeric sender (3-11 characters).
It is recommended to use Roman alphabet characters (upper-case /lower-case), numbers, dots, hyphens, underscores and spaces.
To receive reply from recipients, you need to select your allocated number as the sender.

In recipients, select:
- one contact
- one group
- enter recipient's phone number.
You can also enter contacts or groups of contacts by name or phone number, and auto complete list suggestions will show suggested matches from your existing contacts.
Click on contact or contact groups to send the SMS.

Type in your message. It is advisable not to send more than 5 concatenated messages though the maximum allowed is 20. Not all handsets have the same storage space. When sending concatenated messages, each message will have 153 characters.
Words, characters and SMS counter are shown at the bottom of the message text box.
Activate Unicode: it allows multiple writing systems (e.g. accents and symbols). If you send an SMS message that includes one or more Unicode characters, the length per message is reduced to 70 characters.
Multi-part messages are limited to 153 characters per message part but if you go over the 70 character limit, it will be sent as a multi-part message and each message part is reduced to 67 characters.
Unicode support is limited depending on your mobile carrier and recipient's handset

How would you like to send your message? Select from the right drop-down list whether you want to send the message with or without delivery report.

In case you do not select delivery report, we cannot inform if the message has been delivered to the recipient.

Tags

These tags allow you to send messages with custom text to each of the recipients of the group. To select them click on them (do not drag them).

Tags will be replace for the corresponding data when sending the message, example: name and surname. Thus when using tags the calculation of characters is just an estimate.
The reason is that the numbers of characters in the label are the ones counted, eg "name" rather than the value of the tag, eg "George"

Registered email

At Tools we explain how to send registered emails Delivery can be done from your mail manager but it should be previously configured at Tools.

Enter Registered email menu-> Send.
Read the three explained steps:

To which email address do you want us to send the certificate?
Introduce the email address where you want to receive the certificates in PDF format.
If you want to use this email as your default registered email address, you need to add it to the section two below.

Email addresses from which you will be using the service.
Add the email addresses from which you wish to send registered emails. Add as many as needed.

Please add Lleida.net in the CC field. Once you have set up the sending at your user's interface, go to your email client accounts previously selected on section 2. Type your email, just as you always do and enter your recipient email address with copy to one of the below registering address: [email protected], f[email protected], as explained in the next section.

Choose a subject, write your email, and attach any files you want up to 5 MB.

After you have sent your email, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and that we are processing it. Shortly after, you will receive your certificate.

You will receive the certificate both in the email account provided and in Tools.
Registered email sending options
There are two types of registered:
- registered email
- registered invoice
- minuta certificada
For both of them use your usual mailer and add our registering mail address in the CC field depending on the purpose of the email:

To download it, just click on the icon.

In General settings, you can set the language of the certificate. You can choose from: Spanish, Spanish (Argentina) English, French, Catalan, Portuguese, Galician, Polski, Chinese, English/Arabic, Français/Arabic, Pусский, Български, Română, Italiano, Nederlands, Ελληνικά, Hrvatski y македонски. You can also add a default text to the subject of the email, e.g. "Mail" or "Invoice".

In C/C, you can set if you want to get another copy of the certified document in your email, as well as to the email address you got as administrator. You can also send a copy of the certified document to your recipient.

Sending registered SMS contracts
At Tools we show you how to send registered emails. Delivery can be done from your mail manager.

Write the registered email contract address provided by our Customer service. You may have several accounts.

Select the mail account where you would like to receive the certificates of your contracts. Besides, if you are going to use this email address to send registered email contracts, you will have to add the address on section 3. This email address is for registered email and registered email contract administration purposes. Any change will affect both services.

Add the email address or addresses from which you are going to use the service. The email addresses in the above list are suitable for both for registered email and registered email contract. Any change will affect both services.

How to start sending registered email contracts from your mail client, in other words from the email address mentioned on section 3.
Tap the "To" field and add your certification address, that is the address provided to you and already mentioned in section 1.
Tap the "Subject "field and add the email address of the person you want to sign the registered email contract and a reference of your choice, for example, contract.
We will send you an email stating that Lleida.net servers are processing the sending. And once the recipient replies you back, you will receive a certificate with the answer issued by Lleida.net and thus generating the registered email contract.

We suggest a sample text for you to add at the bottom of your email. Informing that the email your recipient receives is a proposal for registered email contract and when replying Lleida.net as third trusted party will issue a certificate of the agreement.
After you have set up the sending at your user's interface, go to your email client accounts selected on section 2.

You will receive the certificate both in the email account provided and in Tools
Connectaclick Basic
Settings
Click on Connectaclick Basic. On entering you'll be able to access the general configuration of the certificate your customer will receive and the web page he will be directed to accept the contract.
With Connectaclick Basic, you control the whole process: the appearance of the email your customers receive as well as the" look" of the web they have to visit to close the contract, the date and time of the sending and the content. Know the status of your contracts.
Step 1/3: Set the email template you are going to send and the webpage your customer/s will visit to sign the contract.

Name your email and web settings, so that it could be easily selected from the Start drop down list.

Select the logo for the header of the email and the webpage. It could be, for example, your business logo.

Both web and email template have a header, a body and a footer. Choose the colour of your preference for header and/or footer.

Choose the background colour of the header and footer of the templates or customize it.

Select the language of the certificate issued once you have sent your proposal.
Step 2/3: Set the text of the email.

Write the header, body and footer text. If you don´t need to add any data and leave it blank simply delete the sample text.

Use customized tags in the body of your email. For that, you need to add contacts in the "Phone Book" and filled each field.

Enter the "Email subject" and the "sender's name" (you customize the word preceding the email).
Step 3/3: Configure your webpage texts.

Fill in the fields on the right and see how they look in the "preview" on the left.

Just as with the text of the email, you can customize your message to your customer with tags.

Button text: select the language and the text of the button: "SIGN" or "ACCEPT".

Click on (previous) if you need to go back on (SAVE) to continue later or SAVE AND CONTINUE if you want to continue with the process
At Successfully signed contract message textenter the message displayed on the screen when your customer has accepted/signed the contract.
Send
Prepare sending.
Your contract is almost ready.

Select it from your Connectaclick lists.

Select recipients. Choose them from your phonebook, import them or just enter them.

Select the PDF contract. It would be sent as an attachment in the registered email and it would be displayed in the web you will address your customer when clicking on the link.

You can schedule your message.

Click on Prepare sending to continue.

Your contract is ready to ben sent as shown in "Status". Puedes hacer lo siguiente:

On the blue bar you can see the status of the contract issued date and time, number of recipients and units of registered messages sent ( for Connectaclick Basic you will need 1 message for the email and 1 message for the web).

Click on (discard) to delete the contract from the outbox Your contract is kept at the Start>Listing ready to be sent when needed.

Click on (Accept) to send the contract.

Click on "NO" to cancel the sending. "Do you want to send this contract?"

You can view the status of the sending, date and time, number of recipients, name of the contract and the email subject.

Every contract issues
the date and time of the sending, your recipient´s emails addresses, date of the email status, the date it was opened and the date the contract was closed.

Download the certificate clicking on 
Emails your customer receives.
The customer is going to receive two emails: the original and the certificate. The latest gives evidence that the email we have sent has been certified. Both of them include the PDF contract.

The original mail whose recipient is the company issuing the contract.

The email whose sender is Lleida.net, acting as third trusted party.
Both mails have the same link, addressing the customer to the web to read and accept the contract.

We offer a rating of reliability according to the historic portability ( the range goes from 0 to 100, being 0 the lowest stability and 100 the more stable one).

Last portability Checks the operator the telephone number belongs to, the number of days it has been in that operator.

Enter your contact data and Save You can enter a maximum of 255 characters in every field.

If you have already created groups, before clicking on Save you can associate the contact to a group.

You can create groups from your phone book contacts and make massive sendings at once.

Create new groups clicking on "Add".

Name it. Keep in mind to create groups. you need first contacts. When clicking for creating a group, you need first to name it and afterwards click on

Once created, the group will show 0 contacts. To add contacts click on the magnifying glass

You could add contacts from the icon
. A dialogue will pop up , add the contacts you want to add to the groups. If you click on the bar, the list of contacts is displayed.This list will be decreasing. You can also delete group contacts clicking on

Contacts will come up in lists here. To manage contacts in the group you can use the general search box or the search boxes at the bottom.
You can delete Groups: Select the group and click on trash bin
Notice: Contacts are not deleted when deleting the group.
Import contacts

Instead of entering your contacts one by one, you can import them from Phone Book>Agenda. Tools allows you to import them from either a CSV file or from WebSMS.

If you have your contacts in a CSV file, choose the separator character and select the file you wish to import.

Once uploaded, click on Import.

Your contact details will come up in rows. In the first column you have to select the category corresponding to each data row. You have to select at least one telephone or email row

Finally import the list. This list was created as a group, the default name will be "Imported dd / mm / yyyy" (day / month / year), you could change the group name once created.
Create a CSV document from an Excel document.

To create a CSV document from an Excel document, you must have the XLS or XLSX file with contacts by columns. Each table can have only one piece of data: full name, company, phone, email,etc.

To convert it into CSV just click on "Save As" and look at the drop down of "Type" the one corresponding to "CSV (Comma delimited) (*. csv)

Coverage
Here you can check the coverage by country, the MCC (Mobile Country Codes) and the MNC (Mobile Network Codes).
In addition, you can download this information as a CSV file updated on international coverage. To export the coverage as a CSV file, click on the icon export coverage on the top left hand side.
General settings
General: Under this section you can activate international code by default. the activation affects your contacts under SEND section and to all imported contacts .
Tax data for certificates.: You can edit the VAT Company or the user id number that identifies the user in the second paragraph of the certificate: "The registered user under name/corporate name and VAT number, sent a registered email..."
My personal data: enter your contact email address to send you any important information. To change password, enter a new one twice and you will receive an email confirming the change.

How to buy Lleida.net credits and registered messages?
To make use of Tools services, you need to buy credits. In order to use the services on Tools, you will need to purchase credits. At the top of each screen, you will find an icon
to this purpose. Click on it to access a site displaying the options available to purchase credits: on the phone or on line, via our virtual point of sale.
What is the maximum length for SMS?
It is advisable not to send more than 5 concatenated messages though the maximum allowed is 20. Not all handsets have the same storage space. First message is made up of 160 characters, the remaining concatenated ones 153 characters each.
What is the maximum length for Registered SMS?
One registered message is made up of 600 characters. If you exceed the above mentioned 600 characters, you will send 2 registered messages.
What is the maximum length for emails?
Unlimited. As per attachments, you can send files up to 5 MB.
How can I import contacts into Tools?
Instead of entering your contacts one by one, you can import them from a CSV file or from WebSMS. You can import them from Phone Book>Import contacts. If you have your contacts in a CSV file, choose the separator character and select the file you wish to import. If you already have a contact list in WebSMS, click on Import from WebSMS and all your contacts will be automatically added to your contact list in Tools.

What does the error mean?

Our system cannot find your email address
Tools allows you to manage the email addresses from which you want to use the registered email service. Enter Registered email Send add or delete addresses. If you are going to use the email address you got as administrator, you should also add it to the list. Should the address from where you sent the email already added to the list, please contact us.
Recipients addresses are not correct
Make sure your email address is entered correctly We recommend you to check the addresses you have entered.
This service has been disabled by the user
If the registered email service has been disabled, please contact us to enable it. If your company uses our APIs, please contact your IT department to find out whether the service has been disabled through APIs.
There is no subject message
To certify the email, you have to add a subject in your email.
The email size exceeds 5 MB
The attached files exceed 5MB Please reduce file size and resend the email.
This username does not exist
